Rapa Nui, the best holidays i've had


Hi, in this blog I’m gonna talk about my best holidays i've had. It was in Rapa Nui. I traveled to Rapa Nui in the 2016 with my family, that it’s my mom, my dad and my brother. This holidays was a dream for me and my family. We were on Rapa Nui for five days, it was a little time, but it was the best five days, because I enjoyed my family, we talked a lot, we saw together a lot of beautiful locations and this travel was like an encounter with my family.

In Rapa Nui we walked in the urban sector where we ate tuna pie, the best tuna pie that I ate in my life. Also we walk in Rano Kau, that it’ is an inactive volcano and we walk in Orongo, that is the place where it realized the ritual of the bird-man. Also we walk on the most high mountain, that it was an inactive volcano also, in this place you can see the three point of the island (because the island has a triangular shape). In Rapa Nui we met two caverns, the first was near of Orongo and in this i saw cave painting, and i love remember this moment because i study Anthropology so this moment was very important to me. The second cavern was an incredible view at the ocean and we had to go through a difficult road to get there.


Finally and obviously, in Rapa Nui I saw the famous “moais”, I saw a lot of them in the island, and I met the place where made the "moais".

Well, my favourite animal is not what you could think, is a flying insect. First at all, some kind of dragonflyes, has an majestic metalic green color, reflecting by the lighs of the sun, is almost like the most beautiful emerald ever seen. My favourite technology

Hi, in this case, i will talk about the cellphone that it is my favourite technology. When i was 12 years, my parents bought me my first cellphone a nokia model. The cellphone was very necessary because i started going to school alone and i had to call my parents, also i listened music or the radio in the way going to school. Now, i use every day the cellphone for differents reasons: talked with my parents, my brother or my friends, listening music or the radio, take pictures and reading texts for my classes in the university. In some case, my cellphone helped me with my homeworks, i can use an apliccation in my cellphone where i can do it all my homeworks from it. I believe that the cellphone is a important technology in the cotidian day, because the most part of the people has one cellphone. It's a great invention that help us to talk with our familys and friends and it's entertaining because you can listened music from it. My life without a cellphone i would be hard but n

the antropologist that i admire

Margaret Mead. Margaret Mead is the anthropologist that i admire.  She is a great cultural anthropologist, she was born in December 16, 1901 in Philaelphia, Pennsylvania, EEUU, and she died in November 15, 1978 in New York, EEUU, with 75 years. She was married three times, her first marriage was with L uther Cressman, her second husband was Reo Fortune and her last husband was to the bristish anthropologist Gregory Bateson, she had a daughter with him, Mary Catherine Bateson. She estudied her doctorate in anthropology in the Columbia Univesity. In this University she met Franz Boas and Ruth Benedict, they were the biggest support and help to enter ethnography and they were her closet friends, with them she shared the currents of anthropology calleds historical particularism and  cultural relativism She travel to Samoa and Guinea for she did her ethnography.
